When you hire the hall
All hires include 15 minutes before and after their allocated time for setup and takedown.
Please ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
Please take any rubbish/recycling away with you.
If you use any equipment please leave it as you found it.
Please turn off all lights, close all windows/doors and set both heating thermostats (Main Hall and Committee Room) to automatic.
Please lock the door if you are the last one out.
Pricing Information:
One-off bookings, including parties and private events, must be paid in full in advance to secure the booking.
The Committee reserves the right to request a refundable deposit for any booking at its discretion.
The kitchen remains free to use but must be booked for exclusive use.
Regular bookings are invoiced monthly.
Use of Equipment:
All equipment and technology (e.g. tables and chairs, projectors, speakers, lighting, raised seating etc.) is included in the hire cost. Please request any equipment you need when booking.
If technical assistance is required to help set up your event please let us know as early as possible.
Please leave all facilities as you found them.
Please Note:
We kindly request that payment be made no later than 14 days after invoice date.
The committee reserve the right to amend rates at any point. However, users will be notified and consulted prior to any adjustments.
