The Committee Room provides a private and versatile space, perfect for smaller meetings, workshops and group sessions. Comfortable and adaptable, it can accommodate up to 40 people depending on the chosen layout.

Seating - 20 padded chairs with arms: 12 red and black, and 8 green.

Tables - 4 large folding tables and a small side table.

N.B - additional chairs and tables are available from the store room or the main hall.

AV Equipment - Ceiling mounted projector and wall mounted projector screen. Speaker system. Hearing loop system. Technical Guidance can be found here.

Presentation boards - 3 x white boards and 2 x pin boards.

The kitchen is included in your hire. If you need exclusive use of the kitchen this must be booked alongside the committee room.
