We use Hallmaster as our booking platform.

When you click the ‘Book Here’ link you will see our calendar, this shows the availability of the rooms in the Hall.

Once you’ve found a suitable time:

1) Click the + icon on the top right of the date you wish to book.

2) Login or create an account

3) Make a booking request by filling out the form

4) Please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting your request.

Your booking will then be reviewed and confirmed. If any additional information is needed, a member of the team will be in touch. For regular bookings or more complex requirements, you can still use the system to submit your request, or contact us directly to discuss your needs.
